Problem:
Transparency and loss prevention for a national car dealer. It was difficult for the client to keep track of which vehicles made a profit, which did not, what were the costs that did not make sense or were to big, and what was the performance of each salesman.
Solution:
We built a custom ERP system that takes into account each action needed in ca car dealer company, to optimize and automate tasks. Our client wanted to digitalize every aspect of his business. From acquisition, transport, selling, document generation, GDPR management to sales reporting and client management.
We helped Autodel witch is a used, and new car dealer, to optimize and automate it’s internal workflow, by building a custom ERP system that eliminates a lot of the manual tasks that were done before. The system is a multi user multi role, permission based system that offers limited access to users to specific resources.
It offers multiple integrations:
-with the online shop, for automatic posting of vehicles, managing their status, automatic recalculation of prices according to recurring costs, or managing client messages and requests, sending them to the appropriate user, tracking user actions on that request and how it was solved, and others.
– integration with multiple car classifieds sites for automatic posting of ads
– integration with government services for automatization of mandatory tasks asked for by the state.
It offers detailed reporting, cost management, client relations functionalities, vehicle lifetime management, and document management.
